When you are looking for an advancement opportunity it seems that everyone knows what is best and everyone has an opinion about what you should do. We realize that just as much that a company is interviewing you, you should be interviewing them. That being said, while working with 5 Lakes Consulting you are in the driver’s seat and because of that, there are some very specific things you can expect from us:

  • We WILL NOT push you to react on a job. If we have to push, it is not a fit.
  • Confidentiality. We make this guarantee – Your resume will NEVER leave our office without your permission.
  • Communication. Simple as this, You call – We answer. We will give you as up to date information as possible as to the status of your resume or progression of interviews.

While we do treat our candidates’ information with as much respect as possible, there are a few things that we ask in return:

  • Confidentiality. It is a small world. Just as we are protecting your interests, we ask for an exchange of commitment in that you protect our interests as well.
  • Do not make us chase you. Many times the timing of presentation of a candidate is almost as important as having a candidate that meets the position requirements. If it is not a priority for you to return our calls, it will not be our priority to present your information to our client.
  • Open Communication. We make every effort to make sure we are only presenting qualified candidates in response to our client company’s request. In that regard, we will be asking many questions even before you will find out who our client is in order to protect our clients time and interests.
